Because of the broadscale and potentially catastrophic impacts posed by unchecked global warming, the Fund is prioritizing efforts to demonstrate that practical and cost effective solutions exist for achieving a low carbon future.
The Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF) works closely with national governments, states, cities, and businesses in several parts of the world that seek to engineer this low carbon future. In coming years the Fund will be especially interested in helping to encourage public support for the development of much needed U.S. federal policy on global warming.
