1) that that information should be put in the legend
2) that checking all vehicles at capacity does the car a huge service as they are rarely filled to capacity. If the actual occupancy rates were used, I would suspect that the car would have twice or three times the emissions of the plane on that graph. Where I live (Japan) most trains are filled to capacity and some hold over 1000 people which is a lot more efficient than say one or two car DMUs .
