Making Microinsurance Work in Africa

Microinsurance has been growing steadily in Asia, but has long been disregarded in Africa. Allianz and its French subsidiary AGF have teamed up with Planet Finance to provide microinsurance for poor people in a number of African countries.

Your write-ups are very insightful and educative. I head the bancassurance unit of my company, and recently we developed some-microinsurance products, which has not been as successful as we expected. But the info in your site has been very helpful in our strategy sessions to re-launch these products. Tx.
