Conference on Water for Agriculture and Energy in Africa - The Challenges of Climate Change
The Water and Energy Conference in Sirte, Libya aims at unlocking the potential of water for development in Africa. In particular, it aims at assessing the challenges faced by the agricultural sector, in view of the food crisis and energy and climate change. It also plans to propose ways in which to promote and secure investment in water to maintain food and energy security in the continent.
