Third African Microfinance Conference
The Association of Microfinance Institutions of Uganda (AMFIU) is hosting the Third African Microfinance Conference: New Options for Rural and Urban Africa from August 20 - 23 in Kampala, Uganda.
Particpants will discuss topics such as risk management for clients and financial institutions, value chain financing and the role of public sector.
The conference program includes presentations from representatives of several African banks and governments, as well as organizations such as Oxfam, GTZ, CGAP, Opportunity International, BRAC, and FinMark Trust.
