Allianz Knowledge on Demography: Screenshot of ACTION (Assisting Carers using Telematics Interventions to meet Older people’s Needs) webiste. The service is directed at frail older people who prefer to stay in their own homes but who are in need of support.

The E-Care system coordinates and integrates an ICT-based service network for elderly people and carers and generates personalized care pathways for the care of older people at home. E-CARE is promoted by the Region Emilia-Romagna, Provinces, Municipalities and Local Health Authorities of Bologna and Ferrara.
Allianz Knowledge on Demography: Just Checking (JC), established in 2003, aims to help people in the early stages of dementia to continue to be independent and to enjoy life, with the help of carers.
